About International Church Advance
ICA is a non-profit organization created in June 2007 that has 503(c)(3) tax exempt status with the IRS. ICA exists to plant, establish, and serve international churches and their staff in Europe.
International churches have unprecedented opportunities as well as unique challenges. ICA was created to serve these unique needs in three ways:
- Provide funds to specific international churches enabling them to hire staff with the goal of helping the church move in a specific time period to becoming financially self-sufficient in its ministry. In 2008 All Nations Church hired Paul McMinimy as their pastor. ICA had an agreement with All Nations Church to help provide salary and benefits for the next 3 to 4 years. At the present time, ANCL is the sole provider of Paul's financial support!
- Assist international churches in areas deemed important by the church and ICA. In the fall of 2007, ICA hired Beth McMinimy to serve as the Director of Christian Education and Women's Ministry at All Nations Church. ICA continues this ministry to the present.
- Allow U.S. citizens living abroad the ability to give to ICA to support their local international church. ICA's pilot project with All Nations Church of Luxembourg continues to be a successful venture.
